Orders are received and processed within 24 to 72 hours from Monday to Saturday. For orders marked “Not available” or not in stock at the time of order preparation, we will send you an email informing you of the delayed processing of the order.
Our packaging protects the contents during transport. Delivery times start at the time the order is taken over by the carrier. Disruptions arising independently of our will (bad weather, strikes, customs, etc.) can lead to additional delays, for which we can not be held responsible.

For any product shipped outside the United States of America, responsibility for customs clearance costs and any other inherent costs is at the customer’s expense.

For international deliveries, a preferential choice is given to the customer for the choice of the carrier and the expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will contact you if your package is not claimed and we have returned. Unclaimed or rejected shipments are returned to our offices by the carrier. These shipments are subject to all costs of return of the parcel, in addition to the costs incurred by the customer
