    Set aside the black powder for now. You will use it later before starting the 3 baths.

    Boil the BROWN POWDER and the BARKS together in about 2 to 3 liters of water.

    Strain this infusion (to prevent residues from clogging and dirtying the shower).

    Fill a bucket or container with cold or lukewarm water, according to your preference and availability.

    Add the strained infusion to the water in the bucket or container. Ensure you have enough infusion for 3 baths.

    Take your usual shower, then rinse yourself as usual.

    In your shower or bathtub, create a circle WITH THE BLACK POWDER in which you should stand under the shower in the middle of the circle.

    Take the first bath and let it air dry on your skin.

    Repeat the circle for a second bath. Let it air dry on your skin again.

    Create a third circle and take your last bath.

    Let it air dry on your skin once more.

    You can then apply lotion, perfume yourself with your cosmetics, and go about your activities.

    Note: YOU SHOULD NOT SHOWER ON THE SAME DAY, EXCEPT THE NEXT DAY. YOU CAN DO THESE ESSENTIAL BATHS IN THE EVENING OR MORNING, AS YOU PREFER.

    NOT ALLOWED DURING MENSTRUATION. NO SEX ON THE DAY OF THE BATH, AND DO NOT TAKE A SHOWER AFTER THIS BATH EITHER.
