     1. As an infusion / decoction (wellness use)

    Ingredients:

    • 1 to 2 Prékéssé fruits

    • 1 to 2 liters of water

    Preparation:

    1. Break the fruit into pieces.

    2. Boil in water for 15 to 30 minutes.

    3. Strain.

    Use:

    • Drink 1 cup per day, preferably warm.

    • Best used as a short wellness course.

    👉 Supports digestion, relaxation, and overall balance.

     2. As a body bath (wellness & cleansing)

    Preparation:

    1. Prepare a concentrated decoction (2–3 fruits in 2 liters of water).

    2. Pour into a bucket or bathtub of lukewarm water.

    Use:

    • Rinse the body from head to toe after bathing.

    • Allow the body to air dry naturally.

    Traditionally used for women’s wellness, relaxation, and restoring balance.

     3. Energy cleansing & ritual use

    Use:

    • Apply the decoction as a ritual bath or for hand/body rinsing.

    • May be accompanied by intentions of cleansing, release, and calm.

    Helps release heavy energies and promotes clarity and protection.

     4. Space purification (fumigation)

    Use:

    1. Dry pieces of the fruit.

    2. Burn lightly on hot charcoal.
